Nevada Health Centers, Inc. provides medical and dental care to all patients. We accept most insurance programs, Medicaid, Medicare, Nevada Check-Up, Women's Health Connection and we offer a sliding fee schedule to uninsured patients.

We encourage all new medical patients to come in for a preventive care exam to meet our staff and to establish a health care home prior to illness. Most of our medical sites are considered Family Practice sites where health care is provided to everyone from birth through aging. We have some specialty sites including an OB/GYN Center in Las Vegas, three School Based Health Centers in Clark County and two Healthcare for the Homeless Sites in Las Vegas. Nevada Health Centers also offers dental care at select sites in Elko and Clark County. Please refer to our Health Center Menu to find the medical or dental site closest to you.

Physicians: All of our physicians are Board Certified or Board Eligible and are licensed in the state of Nevada. We have Family Practice physicians, Internists, Pediatricians, OB/GYN physicians and an Endocrinologist on our staff.

Each health center page has a telephone number you can call to make your appointment. Remember you do not need to be sick or have tooth pain to make an appointment. Call for a preventive exam and meet our providers when you are feeling healthy.

This includes the most recent years W-2 form, a copy of your paycheck and /or validation of other source of income. If you have no income you must bring income information about the person in your household who is supporting you.
